Please follow the steps below to reset the protection counter effectively.

Double click AdjProg.exe.
Click “Accept” button.
Click "Select" button. and select your printer model then click "OK"
Click “Particular adjustment mode” button.
Select on “Waste ink pad counter” and click “OK” button.
Click on “Initialization” button and the program will reset the protection counter.
Turn off the printer as a program instructed then turn on again.
Click “Finish” button. and its done!

Are there any guidelines available that can surely help you out?

If you want to know the answers to all these questions, then following are some ways to know whether the person is having feelings for you or not. If the person really likes you then his feelings must be reflected by his behaviour, actions or expressions.

1. Does his dressing style have changed? Check his way of dressing and presenting himself. Was he a carefree guy before meeting you? And gradually changed his attire and looks to impress you.

2. Does he glance at you more often while working? When you are busy in your work, if he gives you quick look but immediately shift to something else if you make eye contact with him.

3. Does he offer his hand of help whenever you entrap yourself in any sort of trouble? If he is always ready to help you-out with your tiniest problem to prove himself as the right person for you.

Disappointments are like road humps, they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth road afterwards. Don’t stay on the humps too long. Move on!

When you feel down because you didn’t get what you want, just sit tight and be happy, because god is thinking of something better to give you. When something happen to you, good or bad, consider what it means. There’s a purpose to life’s events, to teach you how to laugh more or not to cry too hard.

You can’t make someone love you, all you can do is be someone who can be loved, the rest is up to the person to realize your worth. What the heart give away is never gone.. it is kept in the hearts other. Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risks. Secure a special place in your heart. A certain place only you can enter. For there will come a time what you need to find your self and only your heart will show you the way. The measure of love is when you love without measure. In life there are very rare chances that you’ll meat the person you love and loves you in return. So once you have it don’t ever let go, the change might never come your way again. It’s better to lose your pride. We spend so much time looking for the right person to love or finding fault with those we already love, when instead we should be perfecting the love we give.

This book contains over 1500 pages of figures and often dense text. It is the only book of its kind that I know of written clearly for the degreed maintenance and facilities engineer. This book is an edited work by several dozen authors who are all leading maintenance practitioners and experts in their field. The book covers both management and technical issues associated with the maintenance of the modern physical plant.
In reference to management issues, the chapter entitled "Operating Policies of Effective Maintenance" successfully deals with the strategic decisions that Maintenance managers must make, including issues such as whether or not to outsource, shift coverage, whether to decentralize or centralize maintenance, and the use of standard practice sheets and work instructions. The chapter on "Operating Practices to reduce Maintenance Work" provides a basic yet well-formulated introduction to concepts of predictive and preventive maintenance. There is fairly comprehensive coverage of how best to provide incentive payments for maintenance workers, which may or may not be applicable in certain industrial situations.
The Chapters "An Introduction to the Computer in Maintenance" and "Computerized Planning and Scheduling" run the risk of being out of date before the book has long been published. However, the principles that these chapters cover remain somewhat timeless, and also provide a useful starting point for those wishing to understand more about these aspects. Newer younger grads in the field will probably already know this material. The Chapters entitled "Maintenance Stores and Inventory Control" and "Maintenance Storerooms" are very well written. They are particularly valuable since this topic gets relatively little attention from maintenance professionals, and these chapters show their importance.
The chapter entitled "Work Measurement" should give even experienced planners new ways to look at how they estimate job durations, and the chapter entitled "Work Simplification" introduces standard industrial engineering techniques to maintenance personnel, who often are industrial engineers by training, but sometimes are not. The tools discussed include charting tools and techniques that assist planners in identifying ways to make repair tasks quicker and simpler. Planners will also benefit from reading the chapter "Estimating Repair and Maintenance Costs".
The chapters on the technical aspects of maintenance are also well-written, and could be useful both as a reminder for engineers about some fundamental concepts, as well as providing useful information for craftspeople to assist with troubleshooting and ensuring that sound maintenance quality standards are implemented. There is also a very useful introduction to the three main predictive maintenance technologies - vibration analysis, oil analysis and thermography. These sections would equip anyone with a mechanical engineering background to be able to know what questions to ask of experts in these fields.
There is a small section entitled "Sanitation and Housekeeping" that may not be relevant to maintenance engineers or tradespeople, but it is included in keeping with the book's high standard of completeness.
There are a few areas of maintenance engineering that are not covered in this book. In particular, reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and its derivatives are not covered. Reliability modeling techniques such as Weibull Analysis and Root Cause Analysis get mentioned in one brief paragraph in the chapter on vibration analysis, which is a rather odd place for the subject. With all of the recent emphasis on Six Sigma, maybe the thinking was that this would better be handled on a book on that subject. Among the technical sections, there are some fairly common equipment types that are not covered. For example, there is no coverage of the maintenance of hydraulic systems, boilers, PLC's, or distributed control systems.
In spite of these few shortcomings, this is certainly an excellent reference for the maintenance engineer for most facets of the job including planning, financial, organizational, and hands-on technical aspects. The table of contents is as follows:

Under the guidance of its membership, NCSBN has developed two licensure examinations used by its Member Boards to test the entry-level nursing competence of candidates for licensure as registered nurses and as licensed practical/vocational nurses. These examinations, the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN examinations, are administered with the contractual assistance of a national test service. The NCLEX Examinations Department is also responsible for practice analyses necessary to support the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN examination development process. Long Highway Bon Jovi

It’s not that Lost Highway is an entirely uninteresting effort; it has the Bon Jovi charm, swagger and romantic abandon present in the guys' big-haired, bright-eyed days of the 1980s, only slightly updated. The issue is that it’s so geared toward their avid fan base that it passes most of us onlookers by, leaving us stranded on this now infamous lost highway.

Once you tear off the wrapping on the CD and open it up, there is a picture of the gracefully aging rockers sitting at a diner, sharing coffee together, as well as a laugh. This image can only indicate that these gents are poised for some mellowing out. And since they recorded a track with none other than country star LeAnn Rimes (“Till We Aint Strangers Anymore”), it’s safe to say that mellowed out they have.

The title track is also the opening one, and it brings back the cheese that only the most ardent Bon Jovi fans could gobble up. This song is like receiving a big plate of overly greasy nachos at Taco Bell and thinking to yourself, "hey, this is too greasy for me, I should send it back." But then you look around the joint and see everyone else devouring the dish, and you realize that’s just how some people like it--and you don’t even know why you walked in there in the first place.

Bon Jovi is better than Taco Bell, pardon the analogy, however this is a record for those who were with the group from long before the M1Abrams tank was even a gleam in Michael Dukakis’ eye. Following suit, these loyal old-timers may appreciate “Summertime,” though it feels about 15 years too late, with its early ‘90s feel of optimistic foolishness.

That’s not to say it’s all inaccessible. “Everybody’s Broken” and “Seat Next To You” prove solid and lyrically genuine ballads. The same can’t be said of the album’s first single, “(You Want To) Make A Memory,” which wants so badly to be a hit but just isn’t quite catchy enough.

“We Got It Going On” brings back the old Peter Frampton talk box last used for “It’s My Life.” It’s a come on and love each other power anthem; however, it doesn’t have the stamina it so needs to avoid being the skip-over track it is. “Any Other Day” succeeds where the prior one fails with Richie Sambora’s structured and steadily riffs, complemented by a rousing chorus done in a way only Bon Jovi can do.

Frontman Jon is one of the better singers to come out of the Glam Rock era which, not discounting his unwavering good looks and ability to cross into varying media platforms, is why he and his band are still here. So regardless of what critics might say about Lost Highway, it can't be said those five guys from Jersey ever took the road less traveled.

The Bourne Supremacy is a 2004 spy mystery thriller film loosely based on the Robert Ludlum novel of the same name. The film was directed by Paul Greengrass, written by Tony Gilroy and Brian Helgeland[2] and produced by Doug Liman and Frank Marshall. Universal Studios released the film to theaters in the United States on July 23, 2004 and it received a positive critical and public reaction similar to its predecessor, The Bourne Identity. The film is followed by a 2007 sequel entitled The Bourne Ultimatum.

It is also the sequel to the 2002 film The Bourne Identity and the second film of the Bourne Trilogy. The Bourne Supremacy continues the story of Jason Bourne, an amnesiac and former CIA assassin played by Matt Damon, and his attempt to learn more of his shadowy past as he is once more enveloped in a conspiracy surrounding the CIA and Operation Treadstone. The film also stars Franka Potente as Marie Helena Kreutz, Brian Cox as Ward Abbott, Joan Allen as Pamela Landy and Julia Stiles as Nicolette Parsons.

It substantially deviates from its source material as Alexander Conklin is now dead and the CIA is Bourne's enemy rather than his friend (the plot actually incorporates aspects of the Bourne novel The Bourne Legacy written by Eric Van Lustbader as well). In addition, the book's narrative takes place in Hong Kong with Marie getting kidnapped so Bourne will accept a mission.

Two years after the events in The Bourne Identity, Bourne and his girlfriend, Marie Kreutz, are living in Goa, India. Bourne is having flashbacks of an assassination in a Berlin hotel. Meanwhile, in Berlin, a CIA officer under Deputy Director Pamela Landy is trading $3 million for the complete "Neski Files," documents concerning the theft of $20 million from the CIA, seven years earlier. They are to complete the exchange in an office building in Berlin. During the exchange, an assassin named Kirill plants Jason Bourne's fingerprint on a bomb in the building's basement and proceeds to kill the agent and the source, stealing the files and money. He sells them to Russian oil magnate Yuri Gretkov.

Kirill travels to Goa in order to kill Bourne, but Bourne spots him and flees with Marie. Just as Bourne and Marie are driving away, Kirill, armed with a sniper rifle fires at the driver, who he believes to be Bourne but is in fact Marie. Killing her causes the car to veer off the bridge into a river. Kirill leaves, believing that he killed Bourne, but he manages to swim away undetected. Bourne leaves for Naples, Italy, with money and passports in an attempt to learn why he is again being targeted, believing that Treadstone is pursuing him.

In Berlin, Landy's team finds the planted fingerprint and, upon running it it through the database, finds that the identity of the person in question was part of Treadstone and information regarding it restricted by the CIA. Landy then flies to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia to meet with her boss and to find out about Treadstone and who left the print. She discovers that they belong to Bourne and questions Ward Abbott about Treadstone. He admits that he had Conklin killed after a failed mission, but has no idea where Bourne is. Landy tells Abbott that the CIA agent who stole the $20 million was named in the stolen files. A Russian politician, Vladimir Neski, was due to identify the thief. Before he could do so, however, Neski was apparently murdered by his wife in a Berlin hotel, who had proceeded to commit suicide afterwards. Landy believes that Bourne and Conklin were involved in the theft, and, based on the discovered fingerprint, that Bourne was responsible for the deaths of the CIA officer and source in Berlin. Both Abbott and Landy go to Berlin, hoping to find some trace of Bourne and capture him.

Arriving in Naples, Italy, Bourne deliberately uses a known passport under his name. Agents in Langley are notified of Bourne's arrival, and he is detained. He incapacitates an Italian Carabinieri officer and his CIA interrogator, copies the agent's SIM card on his own cell phone, then escapes. While driving, Bourne listens in on a call from Landy, learning her name, phone number, and that he is suspected of the recent killings in Berlin. He steals a car and heads to Germany. In Munich, he breaks into another Treadstone agent's house. Upon arrival, the agent, Jarda, tells him Treadstone was shut down following Conklin's death; he and Bourne are the only remnants of the project. As Bourne realizes Jarda has called in backup, Jarda attacks, the two struggle, and Bourne kills Jarda. Bourne sets a trap by opening a gas line and jamming a magazine into a toaster; the home explodes when backup arrives.

In Amsterdam, Landy and Abbott intercept and debrief Nicky Parsons, Treadstone's handler in Paris. Bourne follows them from a hotel to a CIA office in Berlin. Armed with a sniper rifle from a neighboring roof, Bourne calls Landy's phone, questioning her intentions. She tells him it is because he killed two people in Berlin. Although Landy is refering to the agents, he thinks she is refering to Neski and his wife. Bourne arranges to meet Nicky at the Alexanderplatz, where he uses a crowded anti-capitalist protest to evade surveillance. He leads Nicky to the subway station and interrogates her, learning that Abbott was the head of Treadstone, not Conklin. Bourne's flashbacks of Neski's assassination at the Brecker Hotel return, but Nicky knows nothing about the Neski killing. Upon hearing their conversation over Nicky's transmitter, Landy begins to believe that Bourne is being framed. To the surprise of Landy and Abbott, Bourne lets Nicky go unharmed. Back at the office, Abbott's associate Danny Zorn becomes positive Bourne is being framed after examining the basement where the bomb with Bourne's fingerprint was found. After revealing his belief to Abbott, Abbott stabs him to death, proving his involvement in the conspiracy.

Bourne revisits the Brecker Hotel in Berlin and remembers more of the Neski mission. He was sent to kill Neski on Conklin's orders; and when Neski's wife unexpectedly showed up, he shot him and then her, positioning the scene to appear a murder-suicide. The German police arrive after the hotel's lobby report Bourne as wanted, which interrupts Bourne's flashback and forces him to escape via the building's exterior. Having evaded them, Bourne breaks into Abbott's hotel room and records a conversation between him and Gretkov that incriminates Abbott and Gretkov in the theft of the money. Abbott also confesses that he ordered Bourne killed (Marie was not the intended target), Neski's murder by Bourne, the murder of the agents by Kirill, and the planted fingerprint at the scene. Out of respect for Marie's beliefs in non-violence, Bourne spares Abbott's life. Zorn's body is discovered at the office and Landy, realizing Abbott killed him, goes to confront Abbott, who commits suicide. Landy later receives the tape Bourne recorded.

Bourne travels to Moscow, where he is shot and wounded by Kirill. After an extended high-speed chase through Moscow, Bourne forces Kirill to crash in a tunnel, critically wounding him. Gretkov is arrested by Russian police after Landy provides them with the evidence she got from Bourne. Bourne proceeds to the apartment of Irena Neski, Vladimir Neski's daughter, where he informs her that her mother did not kill her father and then commit suicide; Bourne had killed them both on a mission gone wrong, and he apologizes.

The final scene jumps to New York City. Bourne contacts Landy by cell phone, asking why the CIA is still looking for him. Landy then thanks Bourne for supplying the tape, which the CIA has used to settle matters concerning his frame-up. Before Bourne hangs up, Landy reveals to Bourne that his real name is David Webb and that he was born on "4/15/71" in Nixa, Missouri. When she suggests that Bourne come in to discuss the matter, Bourne declines by simply stating, "Get some rest, Pam; you look tired." Bourne fades into a New York City crowd to the tune of Moby's "Extreme Ways" just before the credits roll.

We Were Soldiers is a 2002 war film that dramatized the Battle of Ia Drang in November 1965, the first major engagement of American troops in the Vietnam War. The film was directed by Randall Wallace and stars Mel Gibson. It is based on the book We Were Soldiers Once ... And Young by Lieutenant General (Ret.) Hal Moore and reporter Joseph L. Galloway, both of whom were at the battle.

A French Army unit is on patrol in Vietnam in 1954 during the First Indochina War. The unit is ambushed by Vietminh forces and, although the unit kills many Vietminh, it is eventually overrun. Nguyen Huu An orders the execution of wounded French soldiers, hypothesising that if they take no prisoners, then the French will eventually stop sending troops.

Eleven years later, Lieutenant Colonel Hal Moore (Mel Gibson), a dedicated U.S. soldier, is deeply committed to training his troops, who are preparing to be sent to Vietnam. The night before their departure, the unit's officers hold a party to celebrate. Moore learns from a superior officer that his unit will be known as the 1st Battalion / 7th cavalry regiment. He is disquieted because the 7th Cavalry regiment was the unit commanded by General George Custer in the 19th Century when he and his men were slaughtered at the Battle of the Little Bighorn. Moore is also dismayed because President Lyndon B. Johnson has decreed that the war would be fought "on the cheap," without declaring it a national emergency. As a result, Moore believes he will be deprived of his oldest, best-trained soldiers (a formal declaration of war would have meant mobilization and extension of the terms of enlistment for volunteer soldiers) - about 25% of his battalion - just prior to shipping out for Vietnam. Before leaving for Vietnam, Moore delivers a touching speech to his unit:

"I can't promise you that I will bring you all home alive, but this I swear: When we go into battle, I will be the first one to set foot on the field, and I will be the last to step off. And I will leave no one behind. Dead, or alive, we all come home together. So help me God."

After arriving in Vietnam, he learns that an American base has been attacked, and is ordered to take his 395 men after the enemy and eliminate them, despite the fact that intelligence has no idea of the number of enemy troops. He leads a newly created air cavalry unit into the Ia Drang Valley against over 4,000 well equipped enemy soldiers.

An emotional toll is taken back home, where Moore's wife Julie (Madeleine Stowe) and another soldier's wife take over the job of delivering telegrams that inform families (mainly wives like themselves) living at Fort Benning, Georgia, the unit's base of operation, of soldiers' deaths.

After landing in the "Valley of Death", the soldiers find a Vietnamese lookout who informs them that the location they were sent to is actually the headquarters of an entire North Vietnamese division. Another American squad is isolated at some distance from the battalion's main position, after 2nd Lt. Henry Herrick saw a scout, and ran after him, ordering his reluctant soldiers to follow. The scout led them into an ambush, resulting in the majority of the platoon members' deaths, including Herrick's. Sgt. Savage assumes command of the squad, and by calling in artillery and using the cover of darkness, holds off the Vietnamese from their position. The story switches between the Vietnamese and American points of view several times. Despite being trapped near the landing zone, and desperately outnumbered, the main force manages to hold off the Vietnamese with artillery, close air support, and even calling a last resort Broken Arrow at their most desperate point, killing some of their own soldiers but eliminating most of the Vietnamese offensive force. The American troopers regroup, secure the area and charge up the mountain where the Vietnamese division headquarters is located. The Vietnamese have set up heavy gun emplacements near the hidden entrance of the underground headquarters spoken of by the scout. Hal and his men charge right at them, into a seemingly impending massacre, but before the Vietnamese can fire, Snakeshit flies in with his helicopter and kills the Vietnamese guards with his side mounted machine guns. Meanwhile, the Vietnamese commander is alerted that the Americans have broken through the lines, and the headquarters has no troops between them and the Americans. He orders the headquarters evacated. The stranded platoon led by Savage are rescued. Moore, having completed his objective, returns to the L.Z. to be picked up, and, after all of his men, dead or alive, are removed from the battlefield, steps on to a helicopter and flys out of the valley. Strong visual emphasis is placed on Moore's being the last American to set foot off the field of battle. At the end of the movie it is revealed that Hal Moore returned home safely after 235 more days of fighting.

Sometimes we close our eyes and just listen to the echoes of our hearts. We all fall in love and there are times when we love so much that we lose ourselves in our emotions. More often than not, we wonder why there are love that grows, and love that grows cold. We would start to search for answers and try to find where love has gone wrong. But in the end, we find ourselves where we started for we cannot question love when it has its own reasons. Love will always be as it always has been....silent, mysterious and deeply profound.

Many of us believe that love is forever, that love never dies, only to be disillusioned in the end when we find our hands empty and our hearts longing. We mistakenly have looked at love as a need to be fulfilled. But love is a gift given to us. We should not hold it in our hands for we may never find the strength to let it go when it decides to leave. We should only embrace its warmth and glow while it last and then freely open our arms when its time to say good-bye.

When we fall in love, we don't want that feeling to end for it is everything we are, everything we wanted to be. We pray that love will stay and grow in our hearts. But if it doesn't then we should never let our lives be taken by it, for life should not end where heartaches begin.

There is always a reason why we have to move on. When we have to say good-bye to the feeling we wanted to stay forever, let us not wave our hands with a heavy heart. For love will have to set its wings free and find the place where it belongs. We may have lost it but then again, when we close our eyes and listen to the echoes of our hearts, we will hear that feeling resounding silently forever.

Then we'll know that love never left us, for the good that we have become because of love will always stay. Love will always be there, reminding us that we should be thankful and happy not because we have lost love, but because, for once in our lives, that feeling called love lived in our hearts and made us happy.

Nang sagutin ko ang pagkatok niya ay sinabi niya na

siya. Binuksan ko ang pinto at siya'y kagyat na
pumasok sa aking silid.

Laking pagkagulat ko nang ipinid niya at susian ang
pinto. Hinawakan ni Itay ang aking mga kamay,
hinaplos-haplos niya ang aking buhok, ang aking mukha,
pinaraan niya ang kanyang mga daliri sa aking kilay,
sa aking mga pisngi,sa aking mga labi. Napasigaw ako.
"ITAY, huwag, huwag! Ako'y inyong anak! Utang na
loob, Itay!"

Nguni't parang walang narinig ang aking Itay.
Ipinagpatuloy niya ang kanyang ginagawa. Ipinikit ko
na lamang ang aking mga mata dahil ayaw kong makita
ang mukha ng aking ama habang ipinagpapatuloy niya ang
kanyang ginagawa sa akin. Naririnig ko si Inay
sumisigaw habang binabayo ang pinto at nagpipilit na
ito'y buksan.

"Hayop ka! hayop ka! Huwag mong gawin iyan sa anak mo!
Huwag mong sirain ang kanyang kinabukasan". Subalit
wala ring nagawa si Inay, hindi rin siya pinakinggan
ni Itay. Nanatili na lamang akong walang katinag-tinag
at ipinaubaya ko na lamang ang aking sarili sa anumang
gustong gawin ng aking Itay.

Pagkalipas ng ilang oras ay tumigil na rin ang aking
Itay. Iniharap niya ako sa salamin ay ganoon na lamang
ang aking pagkamangha at pagkagulat sa aking nakita.
Magaling naman palang mag-make-up si Itay. Nang gabing
iyon ay nagtapat sa akin ang aking ama. Bading pala
siya.

Labis akong nagalak sa galing at husay ng aking ama.
Naisip ko na matutuwa ang aking boyfriend dahil lalo
akong gumanda ngayon. Niyakap ko si Itay at pareho
kaming napaluha sa labis na kagalakan. Masaya na kami
ngayon at nabubuhay nang matiwasay.
